the rc truck has a block jammed between the bucket and truck that is keeping the truck from unloading or going back down and it needs to be fixed.

I try to have a look at the truck at least once per day to fix things like that and to empty the box.
No need to post here, as it won't speed up things.
However, if it's urgent, you may send a message to webtruck
