After the sudden death of my last plane in May 2005 I was busy with other things for most of last year.
Now I bought a new motor and I have plans to build a new plane.
As this motor about 50% stronger than the one I broke, I am thinking about a bigger plane.
I think I will build a Telemaster clone with a wingspan of 1.7m
The Telemaster is known for its good low speed handling and loading capacity. I hope my version will behave as well as the commercial ones...

Good luck on the new project SSE
BTW have you considered building a Blimp (hot air or helium balloon. with a camera mount?)

have you considered building a Blimp Yes, I have done some calculations - to carry a payload of 1kg it has to be quite big too big for my car...
The Helium is expensive, so I could not afford to fill it for just one flight.
And blimps don't cut the wind very well

A blimp might be cool for a web-enabled project though

I found a nice blimp site - and guess what - they build them in Switzerland.
If only Helium was not that expensive - a 6m zepp won't fit in my car...
