- click Folder Contents
- choose Document, provide a ID: myfirst_html, click Add
- fill title, change format to text/html,
add description and subject (optional), click Change & Edit
- use the File button to browse to the html file on your computer
and insert the filename for upload, click Change and View
- you're done
