Having wrecked most of my first wingo porter, I was trying to build a wing or a wing extension for the next plane
As I want to carry as much load as possible, I thought about extending the wing. Copying the profile and extending 20cm on each side, it should be able to carry more load.

Here is how I proceeded:

Conclusion: a very firm tool to shape the wing is required, as the expansion of the foam is not controllable and does not remain in shape how I did it

Although the shape is not ok, the material is very light and firm.
