Support TrackCam

The owner of the building has asked me to remove TrackCam after a problem with the power supply.
He does not know who is accessing this camera and why.

Help me to get this camera back online and let me and others know why you would want it back.

The camera has been online since 2001 - a simple power failure should not bring this to an end!

Track cam is just an extension of the building, it can't be taken offline :(

It is impossible to me to visit Switzerland. I deeply appreciate Stefan's efforts to create the TrackCam and maintain it faithfully. His effort is typical of what I perceive to be Swiss quality. I commend him for having the vision, insight and passion to create the TrackCam. I enjoy it very, very much! PLEASE let it continue! For such a low electric consumption, it is a valuable resource for those who admire Swiss railways.

Request to bring trackcam back online. As a former railway employee in Australia I have been a long time enthusiest of railways around the world. Track cam has been a delight to visit and see the operations of a Modern rail system at work.
Seeing the changes over the years have given realtime insight workings of the rail system in all kinds of weather conditions and demands. Sincere thanks for a unique and valueable resource . Kindest regards Graham

The TrackCam ist the pefect implenetation of a Webcam. Also the indicated departure times of the trains is great. Perhaps the SBB uses the cam also !? I like the stored shots and the picture quality a lot. Also it's cool to the the small green triangle under the cam change during the seasons.

Stefan Seiz is a visionary. His innovative ideas for bringing a slice of his country to viewers around the planet are simply amazing. Taking this webcam offline permanently would be like shutting down one of the Mars rovers. Where's your sense of adventure, your sense of wonder? Please let Stefan do what he does best: sharing the unique sights and sounds (and even remote control challenges!) of his homeland with all of us in our homes across the world! Thank you.

I'm a huge admirer of the SBB and regularly put trackcam up on one screen and the station departures/arrivals boards up on the adjacent screen and look on - it's absolutely poetry in motion!!! - I even get to recognize the regular drivers on some of the early morning departures - huge fun!!!! The nearest one to it is the cam at Plattling (DB) - but not half as good .. Pleeeeeeeeez - don't pinch our trackcam - it'll be the end of life as we know it!!! - (From down under)

Please,

Have the camera back! It has served many train buffs around the world for so long now. Personally, I am from Europe. Recently I moved in USA for a few months or even more, and this camera was such a nice way to get back in Europe in just a click. And you don't know how strong home sickness can be... It would be such a waste to keep the cam down because of a simple electrical issue that can be so fixed. Thanks for bringing it up in the air again! It's so relaxing, soothing and feels like home watching the trains go around. And the owner of the camera has really put so much to make it a reality. Don't bring us all down. Thank you.

If you are passionate about Swiss railway you can't find any better web cam in the whole World Web. This cam is brilliant and can be used even as a learning tool for students to show them how the train station operates.

This sounds stupid? OK - just let me watch the trains again!

Good luck!

As a lover of Switzerland I cannot stay away from this site. Everytime I view this camera I am reminded just how beautiful it is. On one occassion I even traveled to Brugg to see for myself as collagues in the USA viewed it on the website.

Please keep this camera going.

I'm travelling frequently abroad to long distances and the webcam always gives me a possibility to stay in touch with 'home'. I have never seen any other webcam being so useful as this one, also to heal some of homesick effects. Of course there is the NZZ webcam, but what is a Zurich panorama compared to this lively and close link to Brugg. So please, have the webcam up and running and provide to Stefan your consent for further operation. You're not only doing good for the users but also a big favor for BRUGG. Try on Google webcam and Brugg and this is the first link you will receive.......
