The electrician fixed up a nice box for the camera power
I purchased a pair of powerline modems to get rid of the ethernet cable.

Both the power and the ethernet cable had an extension plugged at a convenient place, so it was easy for me to reconnect the camera.

Now everything works as before.
There are some zoom restrictions in place where people could be identified, but for most of the pan/tilt range the camera is unrestricted.

Construction on the site on the left is scheduled to start on the 21st - the camera is ready.
