first Wingo repairs in 2004

Wingo is taking shape again
I could implement some improvements I had in mind a long time

the improvements are:

• motor moved up about 4cm as it was pulling the plane up with full thrust
• motor is 1.5 cm more in front for the center of gravity to be a bit more in front

Next I will do a test flight,
and then try to fly with 2 x 6 cells to see if there's a big improvement in thrust
