This helps me to see the orientation of the plane when it's at great distance Unfortunately the wings are not aligned very well, the incident of the wings is not quite the same. While this is not best for the performance, it might help to keep the plane up in critical situations as they don't stall at the same point. When the top wing starts to stall, the bottom one will still provide lift
